WESLEY JEAN OLIBRICE

Oct 30, 1945 -
May 07, 2017

Wesley Jean Olibrice was born on October 30, 1945, in Gros-Morne, Haiti to William and Elizabeth Olibrice. He was one of three children. There was his late brother Wildner and his sister Marie Therese. Throughout his youth and adolescent years, he was highly educated and very active in school. As he transitioned into adulthood, he became a popular teacher and philosopher. A few years later, he moved to New York City to continue his studies at Brooklyn College and worked full-time as a cab driver. He met and eventually married Rita Olibrice. They've been in matrimony since 1970. They raised four children Ronald, Marc Edward, Richard and Elizabeth, whom they love very much. Wesley then moved to Miami, Florida with his family. He enjoyed gardening, taking care of his pet birds and chickens and playing dominoes with his friends in the backyard. Unfortunately, his health took a turn for the worse while he was in the hospital. On May 7, 2017, the suffering ended and God called his son home. Wesley is survived by his wife, children, sister, son-in-law Khambrel, his granddaughters Lizaiya, Jasmine, his extended relatives in Haiti, Ismy, and his nephews and niece Johnny, Harry, and Palou.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Marcelle St. Jean, Wesner, Dugue Charles and family, Jolycouer, Wilson, Miguel, Jean-Claude and so many others that we can't fit in this paragraph. Thank you for your love, support and contributions. For those not mentioned, you've all have been a blessing as well. Thank you so much and GOD Bless you!
